QUALITY OF EDUCATION
Bereton is synonymous with qualitative education. It is the school of choice for parents and guardians who have thirst for excellence and insist on getting it. In both the pre-nursery, nursery and primary sections the Froebal system is generally adapted, with a specialized method of teaching popularly known as Montessori, fully applied.

The school invested considerable funds on teaching aids to be well equipped for this task. Qualified teachers, further trained and continuously retrained, are employed.
Bereton is, therefore, the gateway to the correct education foundation for your children and wards.

Examinations are conducted in accordance with the guidelines of Continuous Assessment from the state Ministry of Education. Pupils found weak in any subject or aspect of study are encouraged to book for extra coaching after schools hours under the schools special guidance scheme. Failures are made to either repeat the class or are even demoted.

On successful completion of nursery education at Bereton, admission to the primary section is automatic. For children coming from other nursery schools, a written examination is conducted to determine the class best to place them.
The transition class comes in as a buffer and grooming ground for many such entrants.

At the age of about ten years the pupils sit for the first school leaving certificate and common entrance examinations to private and government owned secondary schools.
